Join Our Coaching Staff Team: Boston Red Sox Baseball Academy Summer Camps settle for nothing less than an exceptional team of coaches, role models and positive motivators.

* To work at the Boston Red Sox Baseball Academy Summer Camps, you must be at least 18 years of age and/or a graduating high school senior. The majority of our instructors are professionals in the fields of education and coaching.
* Prospective instructor applications are accepted year round, but the official hiring season begins December 1.

Camp Employment Commitment

To work at one of our summer camp locations, we require you to work for at least five consecutive weeks during the summer, with a willingness to work at multiple site locations.
Qualifications Of Who We Hire

Professionals already working in the fields of:

* Education
* Coaching
* Sports Management
* Outdoor Recreation

College students seeking degrees in:

* Teacher Training Program or any other child related field
* Physical Education
* Sports Management
