Work as a gymnastics instructor on BUNAC’s Summer Camp USA programme – the leading US work and travel experience! Spend nine weeks working with kids aged between 6 and 16 on an American summer camp.

Gymnastics instructors work with small groups of children in activity periods, encouraging their enjoyment and proficiency in the sport throughout the summer. Most children at camp are beginners in gymnastics and therefore an instructor must work with them through the basics of the sport to ensure their understanding and skills develop in a safe way. Gymnastics facilities often range from the basic dance hall with mats for floor work to fully equipped gymnasiums, sprung floors and the latest equipment for both floor and element work.

After camp, take advantage of the additional 30 days to travel around the USA, Canada and Mexico. Visit beautiful natural landmarks such as the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone National Park and Niagara Falls, and experience world-class cities including New York, Chicago and San Francisco, to name only a few.
