Work as a tennis instructor on BUNAC’s Summer Camp USA programme – the leading US work and travel experience! Spend nine weeks working with kids aged between 6 and 16 on an American summer camp.

Tennis counsellors work with groups of children in activity periods, developing their tennis skills and understanding of the sport. Throughout the camp session you will work to enhance children’s abilities through drills and games during lessons. Tennis facilities can vary from a couple of indoor courts to many outdoor courts, ranging from hard, clay and grass courts.

After camp, take advantage of the additional 30 days to travel around the USA, Canada and Mexico. Visit beautiful natural landmarks such as the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone National Park and Niagara Falls, and experience world-class cities including New York, Chicago and San Francisco, to name only a few.

Requirements

BUNAC individually places applicants on summer camps according to their preferences, skills and experience. For the role of canoe or kayak instructor, applicants should be energetic and highly enthusiastic about waterfront activities with experience of working with children in a leadership position. Applicants must also be aged 18 or above.
