Camp Mason is in a sense, a cultural melting pot, with counselors coming from countries scattered across the globe. We hire people from every walk of life, from all over the globe, who are chosen for their integrity, their energy, and their community spirit , and are passionate about helping us fulfill our mission.

We employ a number of international staff to join our team during the summers, and find the cultural exchange to be of great benefit. We only hire such staff via agencies such as CAMP LEADERS, ICCP, and CCUSA.
