Camp Starlight is located in Starlight, Pennsylvania, just two and a half hours northwest of New York City. A drive up our mile long private road will bring you to our 385-acre brother/sister campus, which includes its own private lake and is surrounded by the "endless mountains" of Pennsylvania.
Our brother/sister program allows the girls and boys to enjoy separate activities during the day with all the elements of a single sex camp while still being together as a family for meals and many evening programs.
Working at Camp Starlight is more than just a summer job its a summer experience! From the relationships and friendships that are made to all the activities you participate in to the personal growth and development you will gain, this is the perfect balance of work and fun.
At Camp Starlight, we cannot accomplish a successful summer without YOU our staff. Working at Camp Starlight is the "toughest job you will ever love." Thats the best way to describe your experience of being a staff member at Starlight as all who come to camp are committed to making the summer both fun and safe.

Athletics: Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Roller Hockey, Tennis, Golf, Lacrosse, Soccer, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Gymnastics, Archery, Aerobics, Fitness
Waterfront: Instructional Swim, General Swim, Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Sailing
Permorming Arts: Major Musical Productions, Dance, Stagecraft, Improv Theater, Camper Chorus
Outdoor Adventure: Climbing & Repelling, High & Low Ropes, Zip Line, Mountain Biking, Nature, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Fishing, Camping
